HR & Administrative Assistant Job Duties and Responsibilities Maintains company personnel records and documentation Enters personnel-related changes in HR database Helps with payroll management and preparation Assists Operations Team with recruiting and scheduling of applicant interviews Assists employees with questions regarding onboarding, benefits, policies or other issues Greets customers in a welcoming, professional manner in person and on the telephone Receives and distributes daily deliveries Ensures safety protocols are followed by visitors Orders office supplies as needed Helps cultivate a positive working environment through community engagement and the planning of employee celebrations Performs other duties as assigned HR & Administrative Assistant Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous working experience in an office environment Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel Excellent organizational and time-management skills Act as a reliable and supportive team member Excellent communications and interpersonal skills Data-driven mindset Job Types:
