Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician - Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and behaviors of patients - Provide patient education regarding their health conditions and medications - Document patient care in electronic medical records Requirements:
- Must be a registered nurse (RN) in good standing with the state board of nursing - Familiarity with electronic medical records - Knowledge of DME ordering and maintenance procedures
